Had a through cleaning and had a bad tooth pulled. Everyone there is so nice. Easiest extraction ever. 10/10 experience.

Dr. Pogacean is the best dentist in my life. Expert, professional, pleasant, caring & gentle. Very personable. Tremendously adept at finding solutions for difficult dental problems. Very good at working with special requests & personalization. Lots of folks just call her Doctor P. She is Romanian & her sense of ethics is awesome. I heartily rrcommend her. I would not have another dentist. It took me a lifetime to find her and my experience with other dentists makes me appreciate her kind, personal professionalism tremendously! She is the best as far as I'm concerned and if ever there is a complex situation she has a direct relationships with other Surgical Specialists.

If you're looking for a personal doctor's office experience, then this isn't it. Nobody is going to know your name and you are liable to see totally different people everytime (from the check-in area to the back). Reminds me of a factory. Many cubicles and hygienist all lined up in a row. My last visit was not pleasant. 1. Eventhough I sent my dental insurance information (as requested), the person at the front didn't have a record of it 2. The hygienist, Talia Shaheen, clearly knew nothing about me. She did not read my chart prior to seeing me. She told me I wasn't getting X-rays eventhough it had been almost a year since the last time. I also had different insurance so if you add that into mix there was no reason X-rays couldn't be done. She asked me if I wanted to see the dentist after my cleaning. Well I've never "not" seen the dentist after a cleaning, so yes I would. She then proceeded to tell me the dentist I see wasn't even in yet so I would need to see someone else. Next she asked me what I had decided to do about the 2 fillings that the dentist said I needed last visit. Funny thing about that is that I had already had those 2 teeth filled, and not only that, I had it don

Talia is who did my cleaning. She was super nice. I have not had a cleaning in 20 years. She assured me that I would be okay and that I was I good hand. Well she was right. I was in great hands. She sat me down, laid me back and proceeded to measure me. Once she was done she talked to me about my numbers. That of course went over my head. She said that we need to do a different cleaning than I had come in for, however she made sure to run the numbers through my insurance to makes sure I knew what I was financially getting into. I appreciate that. She told me and we begun. She was very clear with her requests of how I needed to turn my head. She was very gentle but could definitely tell She was being thorough. She was very attentive to my pains and issues. Whenever I let her know I was uncomfortable she gave me a moment to adjust. I have a deviated septum and laying flat can cause draing in which I would need to clear my throat. So we stopped a few times to let me do so. All in all she was a rock star and I would definitely be back to let her work on me. I also want to shout out the customer service. My wife had a Lil situation but the staff made her feel much better about her situ
